- Bridge Drill (Custom manufactured): will drill holes any place in an 8’ square plate

- Jet Lathe: 16" (10") swing, 3" bore, 60" between centers
- Famot Lathe: 14" (8.5")" swing, 1.5" bore, 40" between centers

Welding Department
- 6 mig/tig/stick welding stations in the 200-300 amp range
- 6 welders qualified to Radoil qualified weld procedures
- Portable outside welding building, 20’ x 20’ x 12’ tall
- Weld positioner, track torch, mag-base drill, welding tables, etc.
Assembly & Test
- Tall Test Stand – horizontal or vertical testing, 12’ maximum length, 75,000 lbs.
- 75,000 lbs. electronic load cell
- 475 h.p. pumping skid capable of 6000 p.s.i.
- Portable test station capable of 15,000 p.s.i.
- 900’ X 6 5/8" test pipeline for subsea extended reach blockage remediation development
- 3" test loop for subsea paraffin deposition studies
