Facility

32,000 sq. ft. of enclosed shop completely served by 10 ton overhead cranes with 19’ hook height plus outside paved and unpaved areas.

  • Full scale test stand simulating the moon pool of a semi-sumersible offshore oil rig.
  • Vertical Hydrodynamic test facility 5' diameter X 30' deep

Technical Staff

  • Several mechanical and electrical engineers on staff supported by appropiate designers.
  • lastest edition of Autocad Mechanical and Autocad Inventor with FEA capabilities.

Machine Department

  • CNC Lathes and Mills
  • Sunstrand 50 HP C5U Rigidmill: 156" x 30" table with 120" x 40" x 36" travel
  • Monarch lathe: 24.5" (15") swing, 2" bore, 360" between centers
  • Miscellaneous lathes, mills, drill presses and support equipment

Welding Department

  • 26 mig/tig/stick welding stations in the 200-400 amp range
  • Weld positioner, track torch, mag-base drill, welding tables, cranes, etc
  • All welding done to qualified procedures
  • All welders are qualified to the procedures
Assembly & Test

Assembly & Test

  • Vertical Test Stand – 200,000 Lbs. pull
  • 475 h.p. diesel and 40 h.p. electric pumping skids
  • 25,000 p.s.i. test skids with full digital recording capability
  • Test Stand - 1 million Lbs. push or pull

QC Department

  • Equipped with full time QC staff with MRB support for our product areas
  • Fluid cleanliness certification equipment and qualified operators
  • ISO 9001:2008 Certified
