THIS YEAR, AT OTC 2000, THE ASME PETROLEUM DIVISION PRESENTED THE WOELFEL AWARD TO THE STOLT OFFSHORE GIMBALLING J-LAY TOWER.  THE TOWER WAS DESIGNED, ENGINEERED, AND MANUFACTURED AT THE RADOIL, INC. HOUSTON FACILITY.
